Yes. We will personalise your gift with a handwritten message on a floral card. The personalised message option is available on all bouquets you may wish to send.
Can I send chocolates or other options with flowers?
Yes, we have a wide range of chocolates, cards, balloons and selection of teddy bears to go with flowers.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can. We are available every day from 9 am to 6 pm to take your order or assist you with any questions you may have about placing an order and our service.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. We are fully integrated with PayPal allowing you to order flowers even easier and quicker.
My payment is not going through. What should I do?
Please give us a call on (353)1-4852013. We may be able to pick up the order where you left off, and we may try to complete the transaction manually.
Will I get a copy of invoice?
Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive an order confirmation along with payment invoice to the email address you have provided. This can sometimes take up to 10 minutes.
Can I book same day delivery of flowers?
Yes. You can order flowers by 2 pm for same-day delivery in Dublin . Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery in the rest of Ireland.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No, we don’t deliver Sundays. We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays) in any Dublin postcode or area.
What happens if there is no one at home when you try to deliver flowers?
If the recipient is not at home, we will attempt to call the number provided. If that is not available we will look to leave the flowers safe with a neighbour, and leave a note through the door of the recipient. If none of these options are feasible, the flowers will be brought back to the flower shop. This will mean delivery will have to be re-organised.
I have not received my flowers. What can I do?

Can I track my order?

Do I have to provide a contact number for me and the recipient?
Yes, It is very important that we can contact you and/or the sender if there are problems with delivering such as obtaining access to the premises or if we do not have the flat number.
Can I cancel my order?
We usually require 48 hours’ notice prior to your delivery date so we can make sure your order is not dispatched.
Can you deliver my wedding flowers?
Yes. We can deliver your flowers on the day of your wedding. Delivery charges vary according to the location. Please contact us for more information.
